We are back with another Pilates Takeover. This time a 50-minute reformer class @ 2:30pm with Speir Pilates (West Hollywood) on April 5th.
We are coming together for a movement-based celebration in honor of Spring Equinox. As always, this class will be centered around mental health and wellness with tons of cute photo moments.
Join us for a 50 minute reformer Pilates class starting promptly at 2:30 PM, designed to be a moment of giving back to ourselves while rejuvenating for the week ahead. After class, stay and celebrate with a curated matcha menu from our friends at Empress Matcha.
